ouzone_logo.jpgCable network Bravo has launched OutZoneTV.com , an all inclusive website targeted toward gays and lesbians. The site includes everything from full length LGBT films to photo galleries, blogs, videos and news.
Bravo President Lauren Zalaznick says “OutZoneTV is a culturally provocative site that’s fun, kitschy and newsworthy. We’ve combined our out of the box editorial content with a culturally resonant sensibility for the gay audience.”
“Broadband has created an opportunity to superserve passionate, loyal audiences. The gay audience has been one of Bravo’s most devoted, and building upon that by creating a rich editorial, interactive environment around existing and new content seemed a great way to extend that relationship,” said Jason Klarman, SVP, Marketing and Brand Strategy.

Many online exclusives are available on the site. Kathy Griffin of “My Life On The D-List” will premiere three exclusive stand-up webisodes. There’s bonus material from “Queer Eye For The Straight Guy”, and screenings of groundbreaking LGBT films such as the 1972 “That Certain Summer” with Hal Holbrook and Martin Sheen.

There’s also “Parking Lot”, which follows Cher look-a-likes of all ages and genders as they attend the diva’s sold out show in Atlanta. “Fashion Video” offers video segments from the Spring 2006 fashion collections, and “The Models: The Men” provides in-depth profiles of  male models. “Cooking’s A Drag” is featured, a cooking show hosted by drag diva Betty Dee Lishous.

Key news stories from the Associated Press are updated regularly, and the site features user commentary and blogs from cultural critics and celebrities.

OutZoneTV is a fun and informative site dedicated to the LGBT community, providing entertainment not available elsewhere. Check it out today at OutZoneTV
