In late October, Protect Marriage, the umbrella group behind CA Prop 8, issued threats to California businesses who contributed to the No On 8 campaign . The group contacted companies who had donated to the No On 8 campaign in a letter, stating “Give us money or we’ll publicly identify you as opponents of traditional unions.”
So while Gay Fresno has no intention of sending threatening letters to those who supported this prejudiced, anti-American proposition, we do feel it’s entirely appropriate to post THE LIST of all those who contributed to support the bill, as well as the brave who contributed to defeat it. Since the list is massive, we offer it here in two ways. The first is an Excel Spreadsheet which lists those in Fresno, Clovis, Fowler and Madera. The second is a link to a search engine in which you can search for contributors by County name.
California Counties: Alameda, Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Fresno, Glenn, Humboldt, Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Lake, Lassen, Los Angeles, Madera, Marin, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Mono, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, Orange, Placer, Plumas, Riverside, Sacramento, San Benito, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tulare, Tuolumne, Ventura, Yolo, and Yuba.
Gay Fresno also seeks your help in identifying further the contributors to Yes On 8. This searchable database lists individuals as well as their places of employment. We want to make it clear that the businesses listed next to the individual names are places of employment, not owned businesses and therefore the business name listed next to an individual name who supported Prop 8 SHOULD NOT be looked at as necessarily supporting Prop 8. We are interested to know, however, if anyone on the list who SUPPORTED Prop 8 also is the owner of a business which stood in support of Prop 8. That information can help people decide if they still want to patronize a business owned by a person who contributed funds to SUPPORT Prop 8.We are simply making information available, we in no way condone any actions against individuals or businesses.
If anyone has as any other information regarding supporters of Prop 8 which should be made public please let us know, such as any pictures you might have of Yes On 8 signs in business windows, etc. Use the comment section at the end of this article to post any information you may have.
We’re also seeking to herald those who bravely supported the No On 8 campaign. Those on the list who contributed to the No On 8 campaign should be complimented and if they own a business as well (remember, the business names on the list are places of employment, not owned businesses), we encourage you to become their customers.
How dare Valerie Robertson at Kaiser Fresno note her affiliation with Kaiser along with her donation.
Kaiser does not stand for hatred it is only her her own heart.

I've been reading the Sec. of State's website and the list is far from complete. Individuals who donated less than $1,000 after October 18 will not be listed until the current filing window ends on Dec. 31. Those reports will not be posted until Feb. 2009.
FYI--Steve Cleveland (employer CSUF) is listed as contributing $2,500 as of Oct. 18. Unless there's another Steve Cleveland at CSUF, this would be the FSU Men's Basketball coach.

I have cancelled all my families appointments with Dr. Rodney Kellogg of 1879 E. Fir Ave. #101 93720. I refuse to continue obtaining services from a provider who fails to acknowledge that all humans deserve Equality. I may not have much but I do have the power as a consumer and I intend to use it!!!
